Back in 2015, it was announced that George Kamitani would direct a brand new game featuring mechs and a bunch of really awesome and exciting things we’ve never seen in a Vanillaware game before. I’m a massive Vanillaware fan, so I’m already fully on board no matter what, especially with how different this game is from all the other fantasy-style ones. To make things even more exciting, we are finally hearing some new things about it, specifically about how 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim is confirmed to arrive in the west. Atlus made the announcement that it’ll be out in North America and Europe.
Even though the Japanese version has PlayStation 4 and PS Vita as confirmed platforms for the game, the western released still hasn’t nailed down where the game is coming out. This, at least to me, pretty much means that they are still deciding whether they are going to screw over the Vita version or not. Similar to I Am Setsuna, where a Vita version was perfectly possible for the west, but it never happened. In any case, we’ll see this game at E3, so it’s possible will get a trailer or something giving us more information. Either way, I’m excited!
